EDT Mandatory Lessons
Essential Driver Training (EDT) is a training programme that car learner drivers have to complete. It involves 12 one-hour sessions with an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI), or 6 sessions if you're eligible for reduced EDT. You must hold a first-time learner permit for at least six months and complete all EDT sessions before you can take the driving test.

Pre-Test & Refresher Driving Lessons
Pre-test driving lessons are designed to help you feel calm, confident, and fully prepared on the day of your driving test. I offer focused pre-test driving lessons in Greystones and across North County Wicklow, covering test routes, common fault areas, and exactly what the examiner is looking for.

Refresher lessons are ideal if you already hold a licence but haven’t driven for a while, are new to the area, or want to rebuild confidence in specific situations such as roundabouts, motorway driving, or busy town traffic. Lessons are tailored to your individual needs, with clear guidance and practical feedback to help you feel safe and in control behind the wheel.

​Manual Driving Lessons (Using your own car)
While my main focus is on automatic lessons, I also provide manual driving lessons in Greystones and North County Wicklow for learners who wish to use their own car. As a fully RSA-approved driving instructor, I am qualified to teach manual driving safely and effectively.
Lessons are tailored to your experience and comfort level, whether you are a beginner or simply want to gain confidence in manual transmission. I focus on practical skills, safe road positioning, and building confidence at your own pace, ensuring that each lesson leaves you feeling more capable and prepared to drive independently.
